Training Day
Training afternoons are for the keen athlete who wishes to refine their skills and build up their fitness. Training sessions are run by Mel and typically include endurance and fitness training and some drills. Training sessions usually finish by 4:30pm.

Meet Day
Thursday is our meet day where 4 events are run over the course of the afternoon. Athletes are split into age groups and are directed by Age Managers to complete each event. As the organisation is run by volunteers, assistance from family members is essential for smooth running. Meets typically finish by about 6pm.
